We invite you to take a look around to see what our Foundation has done over the years and recently. All of the work and missions that we have and are in the process of completing could never have been accomplished without the generous support of Rotarians in Rotary District 7505 which is made up of Central and Southern New Jersey. We are also fortunate to have partnerships and support of many non-Rotarians and businesses that enable us to complete our simple vision statement of:
Our mission is to provide free medical services to children in developing counties suffering from congenital heart defects, regardless of age, race, gender, creed or national origin who without our help would certainly die at a young age.
Currently, there are openings on the Board. We welcome everyone to our monthly Board meetings and committee volunteers are at the "head of the line" when positions open up on the Board. To apply for a board position requires you to be a District 7505 Rotarian in good standing with a desire to work with the other trustee members to fulfill the mission of the Foundation. The Board meets once a month, on the third Monday, at 6:00 PM for two hours. Projects and assignments are carried out by trustee members throughout each month. To learn more about the Foundation and what a trustee's job entails, contact any of the members of the Executive Committee listed on the Trustees page. To paraphrase the words of Albert Camus: "Perhaps we cannot prevent this world from being a world in which children suffer. But we can reduce the number of suffering children."
